Eastlake Community Kitchen Grand Opening: 2.17.24
In partnership with Local First Arizona, First Institutional Baptist Church and other foodpreneurs we celebrated the grand opening of our Eastlake Community Kitchen at the Garden Workspace in downtown phoenix.
We also enjoyed shopping from different retail vendors, artists and other food-based businesses that will be operating out of the kitchen.

In partnership with Arizona State University, I had a great time hosting a cooking class for ASU National Association of Black Journalists, teaching the students the importance of healthy meal prepping and the saving benefits.
